A new principal eating place and kitchen, espresso bars, hospitality kitchens, liquids stations, and outside barbeque stations have all been installed on the Birmingham site, part of the Arena Central improvement in the city’s coronary heart.
Heaps of pounds were spent on new catering devices for the project, including Rational combi ovens and VariocCookingCenters, Falcon induction ranges, fryers and chargrills, and Trak Systems counters and dishwasher carousels.
CED Fabrications furnished the stainless steel fabrication. Winterhalter dishwashers and Big Green Eggs for the outdoor terraces were additionally supplied.
