DEHRADUN: Two human beings were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly murdering a belongings provider in the Premnagar vicinity on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday. Forty-eight Jai Karan Rautela sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was determined mendacity in a pool of blood along the road near Shuklapur’s number one faculty on Monday morning. According to the senior superintendent of police (SSP), Nivedita Kukreti, belongings sellers – Surjeet and Bablu Godiyal – were arrested for allegedly killing Rautela.
The victim remained seen with both of them,” stated the SSP. She added, “The two have been playing snooker with Rautela on March 15 when they had a controversy over Rs 15 lakh that the latter owed them. Bablu left for domestic, was given his pistol, and shot Rautela several times. We have recovered. S .-made pistol used in the murder. The accused are property sellers on account of 2012 and feature an office at Smriti Nagar,” she stated. Both were booked below segment 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and section 25 of the Arms Act.
